Prego Rent a Car — Ulcinj
Hyundai i10 at €49/day for 1–5 days and €45/day for 5–10 days, 10+ days by separate agreement. The homepage headline "from €20, depending on season" does not identify a car or season; no deposit figure is published.
Cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners). Free delivery to Tivat, Budva, Podgorica "or any other cities" — the site doesn't say whether that covers the airport. Albania needs Prego's written permission, fee not published. Lost keys or car documents cost a flat €500.
